About North Bridge House School
North Bridge House School is an independent school for ages 2-18. The school has five locations for different age groups.
Entry at 4+
There are two nursery and pre-prep locations, for ages 2-7, located in West Hampstead and Hampstead. Applications for Pre-Reception (3+) and Reception (4+) are invited to attend a family interview with a member of the Senior Leadership team.
Entry at 7+
The North Bridge Prep School is located by Regent's Park for ages 7-13. Entry at 7+ (Year 3) requires a short assessment, held in December before their intake. There are occasional places offered in Year 4 (8+)
Entry at 11+ & 16+
North Bridge has two Senior Schools. North Bridge House Senior School (Hampstead campus) offers entry at 11+ for both internal and external candidates. The campus offers Year 7-11 (ages 11-16). North Bridge House Senior School (Canonbury) offers entry at 11+ & 16+. The campus offers Year 7-13 (ages 11-18).
For 11+ entry, candidates are invited to sit 45 minute assessments in Maths and English and attend a group interview. For 16+ entry applicants are asked to meet GCSE entry requirements and are invited for interviews with Heads of Departments of relevant A-Level subject choices.
