About Eton College
Eton College is an independent boarding school for boys, ages 13-18, located in Berkshire, England. It was founded in 1440 and has a notable history.
Entry at 13+ (Year 9)
You must register by the end of Year 5. All boys must sit the ISEB Common Pre-Test. Successful candidates will be invited for an individual interview and an online predictive test. Candidates are then offered a conditional place, confirmed by passing a final assessment in Year 8.
Entry at 16+ (Sixth Form)
Eton offers a small number of candidates entry at 16+ (Sixth Form). Any available places will be offered to boys of a high academic standard. The minimum qualifying standard is six GCSEs (or overseas equivalent) at grade 7. Applications must be received at the beginning of the academic year before entry.
