Kirsten holds a degree in Psychology and Industrial Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, where she also completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Foundation Phase Education.

With over six years of teaching experience, Kirsten brings a deep understanding of student development and educational best practices. She went on to work for one of the world’s leading admissions consultancies, where she delivered premium support to families and led the design and implementation of training programmes for Family Account Managers.

Now as Client Services Manager at Ivy Education, Kirsten is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and consultants. She oversees the successful delivery of all full placements, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience.
