Elrina is the Operations Executive at Ivy Education and works closely with the Operations & Finance Director to support the smooth running of the business.
Elrina oversees all tutor onboarding and management, acting as a key point of contact for Ivy’s growing tutor network, and ensures that every placement is backed by clear processes and strong communication. She also manages client accounts and payments, helping to ensure accuracy and transparency at every stage of the tuition journey.
In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Elrina plays an active role in improving internal systems and streamlining workflows to keep operations running as effectively as possible. With a background spanning executive support, operations, and customer service, she brings a calm, solution-focused approach to her work and thrives on creating structure in fast-paced environments. Her attention to detail and people-first mindset make her a vital part of the Ivy team, helping to ensure both tutors and internal teams are fully supported.
