Elizabeth

Elizabeth has over 40 years’ experience working in education and has worked in many capacities: as a teacher, deputy head, head teacher, school inspector and school governor. As such, her experience has given her a both a broad view of the British school system, and a detailed idea of the requirements of individual schools and exams. While working as Head Teacher of Westminster Under and Deputy Head of Dulwich Prep, Elizabeth prepared many students for entry into future schools, and provided families with the information and guidance needed to make the best educational choices for their child.

As an Educational Consultant, Elizabeth has also been called on as a Consultant Head in Northamptonshire and in Kent, giving her an excellent understanding of the Independent and Grammar schools landscape. Elizabeth advises families about possible future school options and supports pupils through interview preparation. She also works with tutors to plan appropriate programmes of study and mentors students of all ages through the process to monitor progress.

Elizabeth’s various experiences have equipped her with in-depth and extensive knowledge of the application processes and entry examinations for many of the top schools in the UK. With 5 of her own children who attended various London day schools, boarding schools and universities, Elizabeth is well aware of the joys and challenges of all aspects of education!
