Charlotte has spent over a dozen years working in education, with her most recent role being Headmistress of Garden House Upper Girls’ School. Prior to this, she spent 8 years in the classroom at Garden House, teaching year 3 and year 5 girls. During her time as Head, she prepared students for future schools, conducting practice interviews and overseeing the curriculum, and supported families to decide upon and target their schools of choice.
Charlotte now works with families to advise them on entrance exams, revision, school selection and admission. Charlotte is also a Governor of Heathfield School, Ascot, an independent Girls’ 11-18 day and boarding school, where she is on the Education and Pastoral Sub-Committee. She is also a Governor at Conifers, an independent co-ed 3-12 prep school in Sussex, an IAPS mentor for new Heads and a regulatory advisor.
Her role as a Headteacher has allowed Charlotte to gain an in depth knowledge of top London Day and Boarding schools, their application processes and entry examinations. Charlotte prides herself on finding and placing each and every child in the right school.
Charlotte currently also works as a Senior Advisor for RSAcademics, recruiting Heads for Independent Prep and Senior Schools.
